If a registered User fits that description and posted content on this Application, they may request removal of such content by contacting the Owner or its privacy policy coordinator at the contact details provided in this document.

In response to this request, the Owner may make content posted by the registered User invisible to other registered Users and the public (rather than deleting it entirely), in which case the content may remain on the Owner's servers. It may also be publicly available elsewhere if a third party copied and reposted this content.

Selling goods and services online

The Personal Data collected are used to provide the User with services or to sell goods, including payment and possible delivery. This Application allows Users to voluntarily provide health-related information in their profiles, including allergies, health conditions (diseases), dietary restrictions, pregnancy/nursing status, and age-related data for child profiles. This data qualifies as sensitive personal information under various applicable laws.

Legal basis: The processing of this data is based exclusively on the User's explicit, informed consent, provided by voluntarily entering such information into their profile.

Purpose: This data is used solely to provide personalized ingredient analysis — specifically, to determine whether a scanned product composition is compatible with the User's health conditions and restrictions.

Storage: This data is stored anonymously (associated only with an anonymous Firebase UID) and does not contain any personally identifiable information. It is retained while the account is active and automatically deleted after 24 months of inactivity.

Gender signal: When a User marks pregnancy/nursing status in their profile, an anonymous gender signal ("female") is transmitted to the advertising mediation service (CAS.AI) for the sole purpose of ad relevance. This signal is not linked to any personally identifiable information and ceases to be transmitted when the User removes the pregnancy/nursing marking from their profile.
